Purposes of the processing activity:
We process your data, some of which may also be personal, for the purpose of initiating, implementing and processing contractual relationships, preparing offers and invoices, as well as for contacting and providing information in the context of customer support.

Legal basis of the processing activity:
The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a pre-contractual measure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR or for the protection of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and no interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are overridden.

Categories of recipients:
Internal recipients are consulting, contract management, accounting, controlling, back office. Furthermore, we use service providers (including order processors) to fulfil our tasks, such as IT service providers and hosting providers and transmit data to authorities or courts within the scope of legal obligations. Before entering a business relationship, information is obtained from Creditreform in justified individual cases.

Data transfer to a third country:
There is no planned transfer to third countries.


Additional information requirements:
Storage period of personal data:
Storage is based on legal requirements, § 147 AO (10 years) and § 257 HGB (6 years). Personal data is deleted as soon as its purpose no longer applies and there is no obligation to retain it. All relevant data is stored in the ERP system.

Rights of the data subject:
You have a right to information (pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR) on the part of the controller about the personal data concerning you, as well as to correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), and to restriction of processing (Art. 18 para. 1 GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right of complaint:
You have a right to lodge a complaint, with the competent supervisory authority.

Obligation to provide personal data:
The provision of personal data about the data subject is sometimes required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or for customer service and communication. The data subject is then obliged to provide the personal data.

Failure to do so would have the consequence that no contractual relationship can be concluded or communication is not possible.

Automated decision-making:
There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
