Transmission security is guaranteed through the ELDAT telegram structure. In addition, the learn procedure on the selected receiver ensures that unintentional switch routines are blocked.
The "Key-Lock Principle":
Our remote radio control systems support individual codings. Transmitter and receiver are precisely matched - just like a key and lock.
10-bit Technology:
This technology is from the first days of radio control engineering and is still most widely used today. Generally the same bit pattern is set via a 10-bit coding switch on both the transmitting and receiving end. Using 10 bit, a maximum of 1024 different allocations can be set up. Of course, in view of the large number of applications in use today, this is not entirely adequate. Even the use of tristate switches fails to produce any significant improvement. Usually the user does not alter the factory setting which means that the security of this procedure is very much restricted.
Multibit Technology:
Software sided coding procedures are more advanced today. This way any number of bits can be used for coding. As a result, it is not only possible to create secure codes, but functions or data can be contained in the telegram as well. With our standard, the 48-bit telegram, more than 70 million different codes can be set in addition to the various functions and information in the telegram. Therefore the uniqueness of codes is guaranteed.
Increased Security:
Our transmitters with a learning function make it possible to easily transfer the individual code from one transmitter to any number of other transmitters by simply pressing a button - just as duplicating a key from an original. If required codes can be changed by the user. In case a transmitter gets lost one transmitter can be used to generate a new code which can then be transferred to the remaining transmitters tp avoid improper use.
